My Messinia

Early morning olive harvest

I have decided to create color palettes inspired by routine outdoor occupations in the olive tree valley and beyond. These fleeting moments charged with meaning will be translated into colors. The outside becomes our second home and the colors which surround us 3 dimensional walls, ceilings and floors. As I scroll my iPhoto collection I already encounter some wondrous “color mixtures” from my 5 year stay here.
Today  I am posting a fresh image from an olive harvest which took place only a few weeks ago on our friends’s estate nearby.SAMSUNG CSC
