One of my favorite salads has found its perfect condiment: balsamic fig cream by Kalamata Papadimitriou. It is a new product on the market and as you can see the bottle from my shelf is already half empty. I highly recommend this balsamic cream but for the readers who do not live in Messinia a homemade dressing for this salad is a balsamic vinegar mixed with honey and olive oil and salt.
The main ingredients of the salad are:
- Arugula leaves
- Unpeeled apple cut in thin slices
- Crumbled roquefort
